The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) was founded in 1960 and is responsible for the management of pensions, social assistance, death, and disability in the private sector. Headquarted in Tunis, the CNSS has 49 regional offices across the country, one orthopaedic equipment center, and 6 policlinics, which provide primary care to Tunisians.
