Cezary Kołodziejczyk graduated from Economics Department of the University of Gdansk. After graduation, in 1988-1992 he worked for Polish companies from the trade group Ocean leading foreign subsidiaries in Thailand and Hong Kong. In 1992, he began working for the German company Wella AG, and assumed the position of Director of Finance and Administration in the Polish branch. After three years, he was appointed as Director of Consumer Products and was responsible for management of sales and marketing of hair care cosmetics in the mass market. In 1999, after seven years of working for Wella AG, he left the company for the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at the Laboratory of Dr Irena Eris Cosmetics SA , the largest Polish manufacturer of cosmetics where he spent the next nine years . From 2004 to 2009 he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of the company. He was responsible for the creation and implementation of a new corporate strategy, through which the company successfully entered the mass market, has succeeded in strengthening the market position in the cosmetic care products and developed a network of Cosmetic Care Institutes by Dr Irena Eris . Since the beginning of 2010 he is associated with the company Omega Pharma, which has the ambition to become one of the leading players in the fast growing market of OTC products.
