Knight Therapeutics Inc., founded in 2014 by Jonathan Ross Goodman (co-founder of Paladin Labs Inc.), is a publicly-traded, specialty pharmaceutical company focused on acquiring, in-licensing, out-licensing, marketing and distributing innovative prescription pharmaceuticals, consumer health products and medical devices in Canada and select international markets. In addition, Knight finances other life sciences companies and invests in life sciences venture capital funds with the goal of securing product distribution rights. Knight has acquired or in-licensed a portfolio of over 20 products that are marketed, under regulatory review or in various stages of development. Knight is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and has approximately 30 employees.
