Dalia Tamašauskaitė-Žilienė is a Partner and the Head of the Lithuanian Healthcare & Life Sciences Specialisation Group at TGS Baltic. Dalia continuously leads complex business projects in pharmaceutical and other life-science-related industries, as well as provides regular regulatory and commercial advice for leading pharmaceutical, food and medical device companies. She is also actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisation and transformation, governance of companies and their groups and projects funding.
She continuously works with large Lithuanian and foreign clients, most of which are well-known international corporations, advises on challenging issues relating to their operations, organization, transaction structuring and other matters. Dalia has also arranged and headed numerous cross-border acquisitions, and mergers, amongst others.
One of the most influential legal directories, IFLR1000, recognized Dalia as a Rising star in mergers and acquisitions and project development areas, while LMG Life Sciences Awards shortlisted her within the “Regulatory Lawyer of the Year – Judicial Review” and ‘Advisory Lawyer of the Year’ categories for 2020 and 2021, respectively.
In addition to her primary duties, Dalia is actively engaged in women’s empowerment programmes, acting as a mentor in programmes such as Women Go Forward.
