Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, she was a Talent and Leadership Development Specialist at Qualcomm, leading various projects on team assessment and leadership and organizational development, with proven experience in HR and in-house consulting in both China and the US.

Born in Dalian, Liaoning Province, she has studied, worked and lived in many places in China, Southeast Asia and the United States. Back in college, she was the first-prize winner of the CCTV “Star of Outlook” National English Speaking Competition and has also worked as an interpreter for various interesting government officials, ambassadors, actors/actresses, etc.

Grace is a dual Master’s degrees holder, with a Master of Law from Beijing Foreign Studies University (with honors) and an MIA in International Economics and Management from the University of California, San Diego (under full scholarship).
