She regularly advises clients from a variety of regulated industries, including the pharmaceutical companies and other entities of the health sector. She provides these clients legal and tax assistance in the field of corporate and regulatory matters, pricing, advertising and promotional matters and licensing procedures for healthcare service providers.
She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is regularly acting as arbitrator in arbitrations under ICC Rules, VIAC Rules and rules of the Arbitration Court of Slovak Bar Association. She is also the lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava, a certified tax advisor and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
