Pāvels joined TGS in 2017. He studied law at the Riga Graduate School of Law (Riga, Latvia), as well as at De Montfort University (Leicester, UK), Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and Neuchatel University (Neuchatel, Switzerland). Pāvels is a lawyer in TGS Baltic’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, practicing also in the commercial law, dispute resolution and capital markets groups.
