With over 23 years of experience at Korn Ferry, Rodrigo is responsible for managing KF's operations in Argentina and is a member of KF's South America committee. He leads and drives the Executive Search practice as well as the KF | Hay integration process and the acceleration of the Futurestep business in Argentina.

As Regional Market Leader for the Life Sciences & Healthcare Services practice in Latin America, he actively supports clients in their business priorities and organizational and people demands in South America, Mexico/Central America, as well as the LatAm hub in South Florida, US.
