ASILFA is the Chilean association representing local and regional generics manufacturers. It has a management team composed of highly skilled professionals, allowing it to be the primary interlocutor with the authorities of the country, other associations and organizations in the industry, both Chilean and international.
According to statistics, 70% of the prescriptions in Chile correspond to drugs produced by national laboratories. This confirms the objective of the association, namely providing products of the highest quality, produced under technological standards in line with the strictest international standards.
ASILFA is also a member of the Latin American Association of Pharmaceutical Industries (ALIFAR), the Pan American Network for Drug Regulatory Harmonization of PAHO (Red PARF) and the Industrial Development Society (SOFOFA).
