With more than 90 lawyers, including 20 partners, we offer clients a fully integrated service in Russia and have the know-how, experience and resources to tackle the most complex matters. Knowledge of different legal systems ensures we are well qualified to consult clients on Russian and international law and, thus, to give them tailor-made advice on their projects.
Our principles
As a leading European provider of solutions for legal and tax issues in Russia, we are committed to the highest quality of service, to the interests of our clients and to the development of our people. Our approach is rooted in knowledge of the industry and is geared towards achieving the desired commercial result for clients, quickly and cost-effectively.
We work hard to be a truly client focused law firm. This means understanding the unique needs and challenges of each market sector and providing a tailored service addressing specific concerns and requirements. We focus on building long-term relationships with clients and are responsive, flexible and pro-active.
We are international in our outlook but also recognise that CMS best interests are served by maintaining strong local practices. We are convinced that having a regional presence is crucial to understanding client needs, thereby enabling us to develop and implement tailored solutions.
Adding value
Whilst the quality of our legal and tax advice is of the utmost importance, we place great significance on building relationship and adding value to a client’s firm.
Our experts regularly organise client seminars, workshops and training sessions on specific legal issues. We become a true business partner to our clients and provide them with the necessary insight on national and international legal developments that impact their business.
Our advice often goes beyond legal and taxation aspects as we strive to provide an insight into the business implications of legal decisions, corporate culture and specifics of local business approaches.
