Deloitte delivers dozens of services and products. In the following we merely highlight our core disciplines.
More than half of our organization is active in accountancy, which comprises two areas: assurance and non-assurance.
Assurance: administrative organization and internal auditing, checking annual accounts and other financial accounting, and research into the faithfulness of annual accounts. More specific: management, operational and due diligence audits.
Non-assurance: integrated advice on corporate analysis, corporate succession, remuneration, composition of annual accounts and gaining independence.
We offer comprehensive tax advice including advice on international tax planning and routing, value-added tax, wealth planning, the legal form of a company and tax procedures. Our specialized groups of advice are tax on wages, social security, value-added tax and customs, local taxes, international assignment and transfer pricing.
Our broad consulting practice consists of five main competencies.
Strategy & Operations focuses on (1) policy studies and evaluations, and converting the policy and strategy into programs and projects (2) operational excellence, focused on efficiency improvements via reduction of costs and improvement of business processes and (3) supply chain management, focused on the improvement of logistic processes, network design and tax aligned supply chain.
CFO Services focuses on the broader role of the contemporary CFO. Technology Advisory helps clients with ICT-related questions, e.g. in the field of enterprise architecture, designing and implementing business processes supported by standard applications (SAP, Oracle, Siebel a.o.) or via tailor made services.
Human Capital Advisory Services optimizes the human capital to enhance the business results through the pillars Organisation & Change, HR Strategy & Leadership en HR Transformation.
