The Directorate General of Drug Supplies and Drugs (Digemid) is an organization within the Ministry of Health, created through the Legislative Decree No. 584 of April 18, 1990.
Digemid is a technical institution for regulations whose fundamental objective is to ensure that the population has access to safe, effective and quality medicines and that they are rationally used, through the following policies:
