The Netherlands Federation for Innovative Drug Research (FIGON) claims to be the integrative platform for innovative drug research in the Netherlands. The federation enhances already existing initiatives, signalizes new developments in this area of expertise and actively promotes its mission. FIGON is open for all relevant actors within this context.
FIGON mission and plan of action
Mission: ‘Promoting innovative drug research in the Netherlands’
1) To enhance the interactions between the actors in this field.
2) To establish FIGON as a sparring partner for the government in drug research-related matters
3) To encourage entrepreneurship and business development based on pharmaceutical research
