From humble beginnings in Melbourne in 1861 Hooker Cockram now has offices in 12 cities across Australia, Asia and the Americas and employ in excess of 300 construction and project delivery professionals.
Hooker Cockram’s core business is building. While Hooker Cockram’s international expansion, particularly in the niche market of constructing high end controlled environment facilities such as pharmaceutical, research and development laboratories, biotech and medical research facilities has provided us with specialist skills developed to an international standard, the company retain a strong focus on the basics of project delivery.
Each business division of Hooker Cockram has been tailored to best service the local region in which it operates and our customers in that region. Hooker Cockram’s staff base is transportable. Many of Hooker Cockram’s professional staff members have worked on projects in all of the geographical arenas that the company operates in.
Hooker Cockram provides comprehensive design and construction project management services to local companies and international companies that are expanding in China. Hooker Cockram China is familiar with the complex regulatory, social and business environments of China.
The company is a wholly foreign owned enterprise (WFOE) in Shanghai with branch offices in key areas throughout China.
