OLIC (Thailand) Limited was founded in 1984, when Diethelm Holdings (Switzerland) purchased the pharmaceutical assets of Lepitit, the Thailand affiliate of Dow-Chemical Company. In 1997, to enhance its production capacity as well as product quality, OLIC moved to a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located at the Bang Pa-in Industrial Estate in Ayutthaya Province. The facility, one of the most modern in Southeast Asia, is located on 80,000 square metres of land, owned by OLIC.
OLIC (Thailand) Limited’s Bang Pa-in manufacturing plant produces ethical and over-the-counter medicines in all standard formats, including tablets, capsules, liquids, creams, ointments, powders and injectables. OLIC produces over 550 different pharmaceutical products, which are exported to over 45 multinational clients around the world.
