The mandate of the Health Sector Reform Program is mainly focused on strengthening health services and promoting healthy life styles to reduce mother and child mortality, and also improving MOH policy and regulations towards universal coverage, health services high quality standards and Financing. As an investment program, it is part of the MOH and works within and closely with national authority in many topics to cover logical framework on mother and child approach.
