Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) is a government organization dedicated to effectively helping foreign investors and buyers, while raising Serbia’s profile in the minds of international business decision-makers. Created in 2001 by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, our mission is to support foreign companies seeking to set up or expand in Serbia and Serbian companies when doing business worldwide.
SIEPA’s commitment to excellence and success has continuously been recognized by the international community through numerous awards.
In 2006 ‘MIGA 2006 IPA Performance Review: Providing Information to Investors‘ has ranked the agency among the top five IPAs of developing and countries in transition.
Also, in 2006 SIEPA received an award at the International Investment Conference on Free Zones for the website. It was proclaimed the best on all levels – central, regional and local, including special organizations and bodies of government dealing with investments.
In 2007 the European Attractiveness Award – La Baule 2007 has awarded SIEPA with the best promotional campaign for the investment climate in Europe.
In 2008 the International Trade Centre has ranked SIEPA among the top six export promotion agencies in the world.
In 2009 GDP Global awarded SIEPA with the Best Practice E-Marketing IPA Performance Benchmarking 2007/08.
