Seguro Integral de Salud (SIS), as a public executing agency of the Ministry of Health, aims to protect the health of Peruvians who do not have health insurance, prioritizing the vulnerable population that is in a situation of poverty or extreme poverty. In this way, we are focused on solving the problem of limited access to health services in our target population, particularly given the existence of economic barriers such as cultural and geographical differences. SIS also seeks to improve the efficient allocation of public resources and implementing user identification tools, prioritizing maternal and child services.
