Slava/IIC Partners was founded in 1991 as a private Russian company with a firm determination to succeed in the business new for Russia – Retained Executive Search. Thus the Company pioneered this sphere on the Russian market. From the very beginning its objective was to build a Russian consulting company adhering to the high standards of ethics adopted in Executive Search worldwide.
In 1991-1993 Slava had a chance to get acquainted with the best practices of Retained Executive Search Business being an affiliated office of Korn/ Ferry International in Russia and Ukraine.
Striving to increase our international exposure in the age of globalization we joined IIC Partners/Executive Search Worldwide international alliance in 1996.
The IIC Partners pledge to common standards of excellence and ethics that provide us with the opportunity to seek assistance from our partners in 37 countries when handling international assignments for large Russian companies as well as to participate in execution of our partners’ assignments on the territory of Russia. Besides on-going networking, we regularly meet our colleagues at General and Regional Conferences to share professional information and views on emerging trends in Executive Search in different regions and worldwide.
