In this model, we recruit, train, hire, and coordinate specialized Merchandisers to work and attend products and brands in purchase points, exclusively for a specific client, executing the following activities: Shelf replacement (shelf re-stock). Planograms maintenance. Negotiation and implementation of additional exhibitions. POP material set up and maintenance. Market information collection and analysis for each store: inventories, out of stocks, price checks, competitor’s price checks, facings, promotions, and special requests.
