Nycomed is a Takeda company since end of September 2011. Takeda is a research-based global company with its main focus on pharmaceuticals. The combined company has an active commercial presence in the therapeutic areas of metabolic diseases, gastroenterology, oncology, cardiovascular health, CNS diseases, inflammatory and immune disorders, respiratory diseases and pain management.
Nycomed has been active in Ukraine since 1993. Today, it is a dynamic company with more than 200 employees throughout the country. In 2010, the company won 5th place among more than 800 manufacturers of pharmaceutical products in the Ukrainian market.
Nycomed is in Ukraine a number of innovative products used in cardiology, surgery, radiology – Omnipak, Omniskan, Vizipak and provide a high level as a diagnostic and medical care that meets modern requirements.
