Born in Italy in the early twentieth century, the Angelini group has offices in 20 countries and worldwide distribution of products. Led by President Francesco Angelini, the group employs 6000 people with a consolidated turnover of almost one billion seven hundred million Euro.
Angelini is a privately-held, mid-sized international manufacturer and marketer of pharmaceutical and healthcare products in the pharmaceutical and mass-market sectors for personal health and wellbeing.
At an international level, the company focuses mainly on pain relief, inflammation, CNS, anti-infectives, gynaecology and has a strong position in the OTC market. The R&D department is currently focused on pain/inflammation, CNS and infectious diseases areas.
Angelini also operates in Personal Care and Machinery sectors, in a joint venture with Procter & Gamble, and in Perfumery and Winegrowing. They are the market leader in Italy in the field of baby diapers and sanitary napkins under the brands Pampers, Lines, Linidor and Dignity.
