Onko Pharmaceuticals has first taken its place in pharmaceutical sector in 1987 by introducing blood derivative products in Turkey, and by getting distribution on exclusive base from the best known pharmaceutical companies of Europe. Until now Onko keeps on serving in this field by still being the leading importer of blood products through satisfying the high need of blood products in Turkey on a large scale.
In 1995, Kocsel Pharmaceuticals has joined to the family with hepatitis B vaccine and biological product group. In subsequent years, it has undertaken the mission of providing a part of Turkeys vaccine needs, which has occurred due to the attendance of Turkey to the global immunization program. After one year, as a result of success in its own sector; Onko & Kocsel Pharmaceuticals, has achieved to extend its horizon in the pharmaceutical sector by setting up an oncology business unit.
In 2002, Onko & Kocsel Pharmaceuticals took the first step on manufacturing by taking over manufacturing licenses from Roche Pharmaceuticals. This brought a new vision to Onko & Kocsel Pharmaceuticals.
Onko & Kocsel Pharmaceuticals has achieved to reflect its fast success also to its organizational structure and adapted Total Quality System to mantain professional management.
