STORAGE
Temperature of theproducts is monitored and recorded periodically. The records of temperature are reviewed regularly.

Adequate precautions aretaken against spillage or breakage, attack by micro-organisms and cross contamination.
There is a system to ensure stock rotation (‘first in first out’) with regular and frequent checks that the system is operating correctly.
Products beyond their expiry date or shelf life are separated from usable stock and neither sold nor supplied.
Medicinal products with broken seals, damaged packaging, or suspected of possible contamination arewithdrawn from saleable stock, and if not immediately destroyed, they arekept in a clearly separated area in order not to be soldbe sold mistakenly, ortoavoidthecontamination o otherproducts.

Cold chain deliveries:
CORENA has extensive experience in shipping temperature-sensitive goods across the globe using either refrigerated transport or insulated packaging.
We have full SOPs to cover all elements of temperature-sensitive transport and these are available for inspection by our clients. CORENA uses temperature boxes and tracks all shipments using temperature loggers. We are, of course, willing to abide by any trial protocols and use differing technologies if necessary.
